Seeing how the dev log is, I'm guessing 3 months per update

That would require more money to make that addition and potentially redoing the clothes to provide a bulge 

That would take a long time and quite a bit of money for paying people for voices, I don't think that Sam Tail would do that though.

did you make sure that the browser wasn't in full screen

It works fine for me, although with the itch app, it is usually problematic with large files, but after testing different browsers, Opera GX gives me the least issues.

You do have to keep in mind that a patch is more like a quick fix

Well, games need money to be made or updated, and depending on the popularity of it, it would take longer as less money is being made, plus if anything is being re-done then the code that follows it could have a problem,  meaning that would have to be fixed, which results in a delay, even more if it is one person working on it

No, but there can be a possibility that a update would need a new save game, but that is what the development log is for

The save data will stay on Windows, not sure about Android,

I figured out that I needed WinRAR

My guess is that your phone isn't powerful enough to run the game, but I am not sure due to me using Windows 

Look up Lust Doll Essentials, it doesn't add much, just a few things, I think it is the only mod

From how long it's been up and getting updated for, I'm going to stay probably a few more years till it's done
